Public Courtyard

Mixson's first public space will be an intimate courtyard on Summey Street
at it's intersection with
McCarthy Street. The courtyard is designed around a 50 year old Laurel Oak and will include a small fountain.

This space is designed to be flexible - so it should be perfect whether you are looking for a place to read a book in the shade, have a neighborhood party, or anything in
between.
